That I myself for portions of the year8 _5 h. ^) N# t( P, c( p
May handle nothing and set eyes on nothing4 V( d" ?% w( w# }' |
But what the great and passionate have used% E# z9 ?* F9 |* h- u1 ?6 `# [
Throughout so many varying centuries i; v6 Q b8 [9 H, P2 y
We take it for the norm; yet should I dream
$ n6 x# d) [5 X( W* p' [# y7 n. J Sinbad the sailor‘s brought a painted chest,
3 W, I9 A% G! _5 z) v3 M Or image, from beyond the Loadstone Mountain,* k7 W- A, N. Z
That dream is a norm; and should some limb of the devil. k* H P3 i( p7 R+ {: D
Destroy the view by cutting down an ash
! F! P. |6 h' k* f That shades the road, or setting up a cottage
$ ~! K! _7 e; p# U( e Planned in a government office, shorten his life,
0 t% _1 M& g7 c Manacle his soul upon the Red Sea bottom.
